The JBBA Annual Assembly 2022 was held on 8 April 2022 at the Capital Fort business center in Sofia. The members approved the annual reports for the activities of the Managing Board in 2020 and 2021, as well as the financial statements for the financial years 2020 and 2021.
The members approved changes in the statutes of the association that will allow for companies that do not have a Japanese owner but have significant business or trade relationships with Japanese companies to be members of JBBA. Another change in the statutes will allow organisations related to Japanese culture and causes to become JBBA associated members.
The annual assembly also approved the plan of activities of the Managing Board for 2022 that includes a variety of activities related to business, education and culture.
