That evening was the premiere of the documentary movie “Journey towards Hope” – part of our continuous and holistic #20thHERO! awareness campaign, dedicated to those heroes – 1 out every 20 people – that may be potentially affected by a rare disease. The main messages conveyed by the movie were need of early diagnosis, timely access to treatment and continuous social support for rare diseases patients.
The campaign is supported by MoH, Bulgarian Physicians Union, the Institute for Rare Diseases and all top KOLs. The premiere was attended by all key stakeholders, including leading experts and patient organizations.
We illuminated a number of public buildings in the biggest cities across the country.
