Japan-Bulgarian Business Association and the Faculty of Economics of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, organized their first joint event with the kind support of the Embassy of Japan in Bulgaria.
The event took place on June 8th at the Aula Magna Hall of Sofia University, where Professor Hiroo Takahashi of Soka University in Tokyo, Japan gave a lecture on Business Ethics and Responsibility. Professor Takahashi emphasized the importance of ethical practices in business environments, the sustainability of business processes, as well as corporate social responsibility practices.

The event was attended by the Dean and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administrations – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Atanas Georgiev, Assoc. Prof. Todor Yalamov, Chairman of the Board of the Japan-Bulgarian Business Association – Vladislav Mihov, as well as the Ambassador of Japan to Bulgaria – HE . Hiroshi Narahira. The lecture was attended by nearly 100 guests from various companies, diplomatic representatives and students from Sofia University.
