JBBA provides support for authentic high-quality Japanese Wagyu beef to step in the Bulgarian market. Within the set of activities, supported by the Embassy of Japan and H. E. Hiroshi Narahira, Ambassador of Japan to Bulgaria, the world-renowned Wagyu beef was presented at the SIHRE professional HoReCa exhibition. The presentation involved the European trader of the beef as well as the local distributor for the Bulgarian market, Delita Trade, who is among the biggest distributors of quality food products for HoReCa in the country. Local chefs demonstrated how Wagyu can be cooked and consumed and the guests of the special presentation could taste on the spot the beef that Japan is globally known for. JBBA continues to support the further establishment of authentic Wagyu in the Bulgarian market and more activities are already in the pipeline
